做法
1. | 大腸放在大盆內加 2 杯麵粉和 3 大匙鹽。 |
2. | 用力搓揉大腸讓麵粉和大腸上的黏液揉合在一起。將大腸從裡往外翻同樣用麵粉繼續搓揉。如果不喜歡大腸太肥﹐將多餘的脂肪剪掉。 |
3. | 將大腸用清水清洗乾淨。如果裡外還是有黏液﹐則重複 1 - 3 動作直到完全沒有黏液。 |
4. | 將洗好的大腸放回盆裡﹐倒進一罐可樂。讓大腸浸泡在可樂裡 30 分鐘。 |
5. | 將大腸放在水龍頭下搓洗掉可樂。 |
6. | 燒開半鍋水。加入米酒﹐薑片和大腸用中小火煮到大腸變軟﹐大約 1 個小時。 |
Procedure
1. | Place the large intestines in a big bowl. Add 2 cups of flour and 3 tbs of salt. |
2. | Vigorously rub the intestine with flour and salt to make the mucus on the intestines blend into the flour. Turn the intestines inside out. Continue rubbing the flour with the intestines. Cut off the fat out of the intestine if you don’t like it. |
3. | Wash the intestines under running water. If there is still mucus on the intestines, repeat steps 1 – 3 until there is no mucus left. |
4. | Place the intestines back into the bowl. Add one can of coke. Let the intestines soak in the coke for 30 minutes. |
5. | Wash the coke off the intestines under running water. |
6. | Bring a half-full pot of water to a boil. Add rice wine, ginger slices and the large intestines and cook in medium-low heat until the intestines are tender, approx 1 hour. |
